Who says you can't wear shorts in the winter?

Even though I am in Houston it's been a bit chilly and the weather has been teasing me (one day its super hot and the next cold). I knew it was going to be a bit cool tonight, but I felt like wearing shorts. This is how I paired it..

 

What I'm wearing: 

Sweater and shorts: Thrifted (shorts were jeans but I cut them)

Tights and boots: Target
